The Institute of Geography at the Faculty of Chemistry and Earth Sciences of the Friedrich Schiller University Jena seeks to fill the position of a
starting October, 1st 2022.
The position is assigned to the Junior Professorship for Social Geography (Prof. Dr. Simon Runkel). The research of the workgroup Social Geography is interested in current aspects of societal, demographic and global change from a spatial perspective.
The position is based on a fixed-term contract (3 years). This position is a part-time position with 50% of a full-time employment (20h/week). Persons with disabilities with equal qualifications and aptitude are given preferential consideration.
